What We Believe

We believe that marginalized communities that have unimpeded access to voting, an understanding of how government impacts their lives, and access to those making policy decisions on their behalf, are better equipped to advocate for policies that improve their lives. We believe that the democratic process becomes more inclusive and more responsive when all citizens exercise their civic power. Our goal is to provide funds and resources to organizations with community-driven strategies for increasing the civic participation of those they serve.
